    Stories says that surf appeared at first at Hawaii, by the Polynesian king Iahito.

    In Brazil, the 1st surfboards, named “Hawaiian boards”, were brought by tourists. 

    Surf is popular till nowadays and it keeps growing up, with regional, state and global competitions.  Today, everyone can surf, no matter how young or old you are. There are many different types of surfboards, according to the surfer.

Project Muay Thai

Leo, as people call him, teaches muay thai to the Mix Fight team and to others Chotokan  teams.

This project aims respect, discipline, selfcontrol and to help children and young people to don’t get involved with ‘wrong stuff’, and even take them out of bad ways.

But there’s more. Just as any fight academy, the Mix Fight team is also getting ready to championships.

Workouts happens 3 times a week at Escola Municipal Evaldo Salles – Peró, Cabo Frio.
